Bella Rosa Condominium is a luxury condominium located in Clearwater, on beautiful Sand Key Beach. Built in 2005, it is a mid rise building, with private balconies facing West, and East walkways for private access.  There is a wind and weather shielded parking garage, where each owner has one parking space assigned.  There is additional outdoor extra parking for guests.  Some units have a parking/storage unit, and some have private cabanas accessed from the pool area.  There are two lobbies and two elevators, each landing shared by two units, with those lobbies offering trash disposal rooms and storage closets.  Amenities include a heated swimming pool, spa, outdoor grill and seating area, beach access, secure lobbies, semi-private elevators, common room and a tennis court.

There is a six (6) month minimum rental. Owners must inform management a minimum of one week prior to arrival of all persons other than themselves that will be using their units.  Regarding relatives, friends, and guests please submit the following information using this Link (email).  Names and unit number of the owner, names of all persons, relationships to the owners, date of arrival and departure, phone number (mobile), and if they will have their own vehicle (model and tag please), or rental.  Please make sure they park in your assigned parking space(s).  For rentals, owners should submit a rental application for approval, and that form can be found in the FORMS section of this website.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
