Parking has become an issue, with the increase in volume of service vehicles, deliveries, and occupancy of the building. During the building restoration project, this may increase. Bella Rosa has parking rights to six parking spaces in the lot of our neighbor to the North, Utopia Condominium. There are 6 spaces at Utopia that Bella residents and guests can use, not contractors, as shown on the map in the Documents/maps section of this website. However, you must have and display on the dashboard an official Bella Rosa parking pass, write your unit number on it, and display it on your dashboard so the unit number can be clearly seen. If it is not official, the car may be towed. Please contact Peggy Dagostino, unit 501 to obtain a pass. You can call her at : 727-365-3721.
